2021 Fall River Cleanup presented by SynTerra

The Fall River Cleanup, presented by SynTerra, will return to being the in-person event that you all know & love on Saturday, September 18th! To register, please fill out the REGISTRATION FORM and our new ONLINE WAIVER.
Our cleanup sites for this year’s event include:

St. Matthews United Methodist Church (we will head downslope of the Caine Halter YMCA to access the Reedy River)

Cancer Survivors Park
-
Upstream and downstream of Swamp Rabbit Café & Grocery
Site check-in will begin at 8:30am at whichever of the above sites you select during registration. The cleanup will conclude at 11:30am and then volunteers are invited to join our first-ever Fall River Cleanup Afterparty, hosted by The Commons (147 Welborn Street) beginning at 12:00 noon.
Afterparty Menu and Activities will include:

One free beverage provided by Community Tap's Trailside Tap
- Pepperoni or cheese pizza provided by Golden Brown & Delicious (GB&D)
- Burritos, chips & guacamole provided by Automatic Taco
- Dessert and baked treats provided by Methodical Coffee and The Bake Room
- Free drawings for FoRR-branded goodies
- FoRR t-shirts, pint glasses, and gear, free with a donation
Please note the cutoff for registrations will occur at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, September 13.
In the event of a downpour on September 18th, the rain date will be September 25th.
Social distancing, vaccination prior to the event, and masks are encouraged. If you feel sick the morning of the event, please do not attend.
